spotless rooms, well-kept car park, beautiful decor
The air conditioning is a joke!!! Slippery bathroom floors are a health hazard, and it would be lovely to have extra water available in rooms instead of just a minimum setup!!! Little things count!!!

Had a lovely time with a super comfy bed and enjoyed the warm tea and coffee in a cozy room. The beautiful garden area was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the lounge bar was a nice spot too. Just wish I had better info about the breakfast setup, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

The packed lunches were a right delight—perfect for those on the go! Plus, the breakfast offerings were solid, keeping the tummy happy. The room I stayed in was lovely, spacious and comfy, with a generous TV for some evening telly.
The warm rooms could have used a couple of bottles of water. The creaky floors made it a bit challenging to catch some z's, but the beds were so comfy it nearly made up for it.

The stay was quite pleasant overall. I found the rooms to be clean and cozy, making it a perfect base for exploring the town. The quirky decor added charm to the atmosphere. the noise from outside could be disruptive at times, especially at night. The lack of lifts was a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage, but the friendly staff were always ready to help.

Couple looking for a relaxing stay
The room was far away from the dining room, down a long corridor. So even though we arrived back for the night, where a party was in full swing, we couldn’t hear a thing.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess for what we got, it was acceptable.

Super helpful staff and comfy rooms
We crashed here for a night while visiting fam. The rooms are a lot nicer now after the refurb, and the staff were super chill and helpful! Had a nice breakfast in the lounge, though it would have been nice if they had a bigger selection. All in all, it was a pretty good experience!

Good atmosphere with vintage decor making for a pleasant vibe throughout. Rooms have unique features like spotless bathrooms and charming tiling, adding character to the stay.
The absence of air conditioning turned my room into a sauna, which was uncomfortable during hot weather. The bed leaned toward small and uncomfortable territory, with an old, stained mattress that dipped in the middle. Breakfast options were limited, failing to accommodate dietary restrictions like not eating pork, leading to a disappointing meal experience.

Recommend it for budget solo travelers
The room was nice and the bed comfortable, I slept well. The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient at check in, they really made me feel welcome.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I got.
